The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, and the former head of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian, have said that Russia is waging a hybrid war against the countries of the European Union using methods of expansion and disinformation. This is reported in Le Figaro.


It is noted that Russia will not limit the use of violence only against its neighbors, but seeks to extend its power to all those who stand in the way of its expansion. Hybrid attacks aimed at EU countries are evidence of this strategy.


According to the speakers, this poses a threat not only to Ukraine but also to the whole world, from Syria to Iran.
