The Russian army has advanced north of Vovchansk. This is reported by the analytical military public Deep State.

The analysts published a map, according to which the Russians have expanded their presence on the northern outskirts of the city.

A video of the Russian military in the city's central district hospital was posted online.

“The enemy was spotted in the Vovchansk central district hospital and other points in the northern part of the place, the Russian was destroyed,” the message says. 

Analysts say that the Russians have already been driven out of the hospital. At the same time, they write that the northern part of Vovchansk has entered the gray zone. 

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the “disruption of Russia's plans” in Vovchansk.

“The enemy's plans to penetrate deep into the urban area of Vovchansk and gain a foothold there have been foiled. Since the beginning of the day our units have been performing combat missions within the urban area of Vovchansk in the northern part of the city, keeping the enemy under fire control. The situation is under control,” the statement said.

Earlier, Ukrainian Armed Forces spokesman Nazar Voloshyn said that the Defense Forces were combing the city, preventing the Russians from gaining a foothold.
