The law on mobilization has been published in the official parliamentary publication Holos Ukrayiny. This means that the document will come into force one month after its publication.
"This law enters into force one month after the day following its publication," the publication says.
Thus, the new law will come into force on May 18.
As a reminder, the document was sent for the President's signature on April 16 and returned with his signature the same day.
