On the evening of March 24, the Basmanny Court of Moscow imposed a pre-trial restraint on four defendants in the terrorist attack that took place at the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. According to recent reports, 137 people were killed in the shooting and fire and 182 were injured. All the terrorists were brought to the courtroom with traces of beatings and injuries.


During the hearing, new information about the terrorists appeared.


In particular, Dalerdzhon Mirzoev was registered in Novosibirsk, but his temporary registration has expired. He is 32 years old. He is married and has four children, including twins aged one and a half years.

 

 

Rachababalizod Saidakrami Murodali was born in 1994, married, father of one child, without a job and secondary education, does not remember the address of registration.

 

 

Both terrorists were provided with interpreters, as they do not speak Russian. They, like the rest of the detainees, are citizens of Tajikistan.


The third defendant, Shamsidin Fariduni, said at the hearing that he is 25 years old, married, and registered in Krasnogorsk near Moscow, where Crocus City Hall is located. He worked at a parquet factory in Podolsk near Moscow. He has an eight-month-old child. He answered most of the questions without the help of an interpreter.

 

 

The fourth defendant, 19-year-old Muhammadsobir Faizov, was brought to the courtroom in a wheelchair. He was wearing a medical gown over his naked body, and a urinary tray was probably visible from under it. The day before, he was in the intensive care unit, where he was interrogated. During his detention, his eye was knocked out of its socket. It is alleged that he put up armed resistance. Faizov worked in a barbershop in Ivanovo and was a hairdresser, but he resigned. He has no wife and children.

 

 

The court imposed a pre-trial restraint on all the defendants in the form of detention until May 22. They face life imprisonment. The court session was held in a closed session.
