Russian troops once again attacked Ukraine on the night of February 23, using kamikaze drones and missile weapons. Odesa came under attack, there are casualties.
The head of the Odesa RMA, Oleh Kiper, said that as a result of the Russian attack by drones, a fire broke out at a civilian infrastructure facility in Odesa.
In addition to the Shahed-131/136 drones, the enemy used X-31P and X-22 missiles to attack Odesa.
"Our air defense forces destroyed nine kamikaze drones, and the missiles lost their combat capability in the air. One of the drones fell on a civilian enterprise in the coastal zone of Odesa. A fire broke out. A security guard was rescued from the damaged building and was not injured. Also, during the liquidation fire rescuers found the body of one person. According to preliminary information, there could still be people inside," he said.
Later, according to Kiper, the bodies of two more people were found under the rubble. In total, three people were killed in the attack on Odesa. The rescue operation has been completed.
