The bill on the allocation of $50 billion in aid to Ukraine received enough votes in the US Senate for its approval.


If approved in the Senate, according to the procedure, it will be submitted to the House of Representatives for consideration.


Both houses of the US Congress must approve the law before Biden can sign it.

Earlier, we reported that Speaker Johnson has already criticized the bill and probably has no intention of bringing it to a vote.

The US Senate has supported a bill on aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. 70 senators voted in favor, 29 voted against (Republican senators).
