Russians want to involve conscripts to participate in hostilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
The selection of conscripts for combat units is carried out under the supervision of the FSB. The FSB regional offices will select conscripts in military commissariats according to their own criteria in order to enlist them in the special services instead of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
In order to ensure these measures, the National Resistance Center noted that a new system of financial incentives may be introduced, which will include parachuting and other exercises during operational-combat and training-preparatory activities.
