On Monday, December 4, the Russian army attacked a kindergarten in the Shumensky district of Kherson. This was reported by the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

The shelling, which took place around 11:00 a.m., damaged the walls of the building and smashed windows.
