In Kherson, a woman bit a policeman on the arm, preventing him from checking the documents of her 23-year-old son. This was reported by the police of the Kherson region.
The incident occurred on June 4 around noon on the territory of the market in the Korabelny district of Kherson. The police and employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support “carried out measures to document administrative offenses.”
According to the police, one of the men refused to provide documents confirming his identity and began to behave aggressively. At that moment, preventing the police from checking the documents, his mother bit the hand of a law enforcement officer, and the 23-year-old man ran away, seizing the moment.
Law enforcement officials noted that the man is not subject to mobilization due to his age, but his 60-year-old mother will now bear criminal responsibility for attacking a police officer.
It is worth noting that local publics in social networks have posted a video of the incident at the market in Kherson. The video shows tomatoes being thrown at policemen, and an elderly man beating a law enforcement officer with an empty plastic bottle. However, it is unclear whether the police report refers to this incident or another incident.
