On the morning of November 20, Russians attacked a parking lot in Kherson, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. Unfortunately, there were some dead and injured.
"In the morning, the Russian army fired at the parking lot of a private transport company in Kherson. Two drivers were killed and another person was wounded as a result of the enemy strike," Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
He added that the shelling damaged a car and a residential building.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, which is related to intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
