Today, on October 5, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with French President Emmanuel Macron. This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian state on Telegram.
According to him, it was a strong meeting with Macron. They discussed strengthening Ukraine's air defense, as well as the security of Odesa region and the Black Sea.
Zelensky clarified that this is critical for the stability of our entire Europe and the world.
He also emphasized that previously reached agreements on strengthening Ukraine's defense are being successfully implemented and that more positive news for the Ukrainian military is expected in the future.
Zelensky expressed gratitude to President Macron and the French people for their steady and continuous support for Ukraine.
