Lavrov said that the grain deal does not prevent Russia from continuing its war against Ukraine

The grain agreement, which was signed in Istanbul, does not prevent Russia from continuing its war against Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, reports See Media.

According to him, Russia, despite the deal, will continue shelling populated areas of Ukraine.

"Russia has made no commitments under the grain deal that prevent it from continuing a 'special military operation' and destroying military infrastructure," Lavrov stressed.

At the same time, the Russian foreign minister claims that the Odessa grain terminal is at a considerable distance from military facilities, and missile strikes allegedly do not interfere with grain exports.
