We recall that this week, during the opening of the winter session of the PACE, the Ukrainian delegation and the countries of the informal group Baltic plus (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia and Poland) challenged Russia's credentials in the PACE. The final vote was to be held today, January 26.
