Equity Fund: a new initiative of the European Commission to support Ukraine

The European Commission intends to set up an equity fund to provide further assistance to Ukraine. This was announced by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at a press conference in Berlin.

 

 

Scholz emphasized that Ukraine needs opportunities to improve access to capital for Ukrainian businesses.


He also praised the European Commission's initiative to create an equity fund, which, according to Scholz, will mobilize important resources for Ukraine.
