In his speech at the third Ukraine-Northern Europe summit, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned of possible provocations by Russia in the Baltic region.
According to him, Russian leader Vladimir Putin has the ability to intensify the conflict and expand the war zone, including aggressive actions near the Baltic borders.
Zelensky emphasized the need to strengthen air defense to protect Ukraine from possible threats.
“Russia has no greater fundamental advantage other than KABs, missiles and combat aircraft. We must do everything to destroy Russian military aircraft, just as we are already destroying Russian warships in the Black Sea. To do this, we need the Patriot air defense system,” the Head of State emphasized.
