The organization of the supply of shells to Ukraine under the Czech initiative has already begun. The exact terms of delivery have not yet been disclosed. This was stated by Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski in the Wnp.pl publication.
"The fact that it (the Czech initiative - ed.) has already received firm promises of support, backed by money, and that transportation is already being organized means that we feel the burden of responsibility for helping Ukraine fight the Russian invasion,"Sikorski said.
He also added that Poland "will double its contribution to the Czech initiative to purchase ammunition for Ukraine." However, he refused to name specific amounts and explained it as a "military secret."
"I do not feel authorized to talk about specific amounts," the minister emphasized.
