The European Union will include restrictions on drone production in the 13th package of anti-Russian sanctions. Its adoption is at the final stage. This was announced by German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock during a conversation with journalists.
"now we are in the process of adopting the thirteenth package of sanctions, including those on drones. We are in the last meters," the Foreign Minister said.
Baerbock emphasized the need to strengthen sanctions against Russia in the future.
According to her, the full-scale invasion of Ukraine woke Europe from a deep sleep.
The minister noted that after two years of war, Ukraine not only continues to defend freedom and democracy, but is also closer to joining the European Union than ever before.
Baerbock added that her country will continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary, as confirmed in the new agreement on security guarantees.
