Polish farmers have blocked the movement of trucks through the Krakowiec-Korczowa checkpoint, the State Border Guard Service reports.
"According to Polish border guards, today at about 11:10 a.m., Polish farmers began blocking traffic for trucks on the road in front of the Korczowa checkpoint adjacent to the Ukrainian Krakowiec checkpoint. In this regard, traffic may be hampered both when leaving Poland and when entering," the statement said.
According to the Ukrainian border guards, about 1730 trucks are waiting to enter Ukraine on the territory of Poland.
"There are no plans to obstruct the movement of buses and cars," the department said in a statement.
As we reported earlier, Polish farmers continue to block five checkpoints on the border with Ukraine.
