Serhiy Pashynskyi is suspected of seizing oil products worth UAH 1 billion

NABU detectives have served former MP Serhiy Pashynskyi with a notice of suspicion of misappropriation of oil products worth almost UAH 1 billion.  This was reported by the press service of the SAPO.

 

 

Six members of the criminal organization, who, according to the source, committed the misappropriation of oil products worth a total of UAH 967 million, were served with a notice of suspicion. These oil products were seized in the case of the owner of the Eastern European Fuel and Energy Company (EEFEC) group of companies.


Among the suspects are two organizers of the crime: the former acting head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, head of one of the Verkhovna Rada committees, and an entrepreneur.


The suspects also include four co-perpetrators, including a former director of a state-owned enterprise, a former deputy director of a state-owned enterprise, a manager of a state-owned enterprise, and a head of a private company.


The actions of the individuals are qualified under Part 1 of Art. 255 and Part 5 of Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
