The US Congress is "likely" to divide the allocation of aid to Ukraine and the strengthening of the southern border. Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson (Republican) informed the three leaders of the Baltic parliaments, The Hill reports, citing a source.
Johnson said that the decision would ultimately depend on the text of the border solution to be proposed by Senate negotiators.
