Managers of enterprises will be obliged to personally deliver their employees who are registered in another city to the TCC. This was stated by Volodymyr Fitio, head of the public relations service of the Ground Forces Command, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
He reminded that now, conscripts who change their place of residence have seven days to register with the local TCC. If he fails to do so, he becomes a draft evader.
When the electronic register of conscripts "Oberih" is synchronized with other state registers, the TCC will see that a citizen was registered in Kyiv and now works, for example, in Lviv.
"Then it will be a simple appeal to the owner of his company, of any form of ownership, that this citizen needs to appear at the Lychakiv TCC of the city of Lviv. And the head of the company will be obliged to personally deliver this person to the TCC," said Fitio.
