TCC employees cannot serve summonses in gyms and restaurants if their owners oppose it. This was stated by Volodymyr Fitio, head of the public relations service of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"In this case, it is an institution (gym) that provides public services, just like catering establishments. And if their owners do not object, representatives of the TCC can take measures to notify citizens who may be subject to mobilization," he said.
Fitio also noted that raids on public institutions and issuance of summonses at checkpoints will end when the electronic register of conscripts "Oberih" is synchronized with other state databases.
"As soon as it starts working, all issues with visiting sports clubs, restaurants, and being notified at checkpoints will disappear immediately, automatically," says the spokesperson of the Ground Forces.
As for summonses that are not handed in person but put in a mailbox, for example, he said that they can simply be ignored.
