On Monday, December 18, Kyivstar restored access to its SMS service, which had been unavailable since the day of the hacker attack on the network. This was announced by the company's representative Iryna Lelychenko.
"In the morning of December 18, 2023, we restored SMS service in Ukraine and in international roaming. Today, the company will improve the work of the home Internet in Kyiv. All personnel, including those from other regions and regions, are involved in this," Lelychenko wrote on Facebook.
She reminded that if the SIM card is not registered in the network, you need to restart the phone or turn on and off the airplane mode. You can also try to select a network in the phone settings.
"Bonuses and compensations will be credited to subscribers who could not use the services due to the hacker attack only after the network is fully stabilized and all services are launched," Lelychenko added.
