The assault group of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo has recaptured one of the tericons in Horlivka and seized the positions of the Russian military. This was reported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram.
"Our heroes are the assault group of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo, the royal brigade. Despite the difficult conditions, they recaptured one of the spoil heaps within Horlivka and captured the enemy's positions. Now our flag is flying over the spoil heap," the Head of State noted.
Most likely, after this operation, Ukrainian soldiers left the spoil tip.
Ukrainian and Russian military publics have not recently reported on the fighting for the spoil tip near Horlivka.
