The Russian Federation will use the negotiations to make adjustments to its military strategy and increase destructive actions in the next phase of the war. This was reported on Telegram channel by Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office.
As Podolyak explained, Russian terrorists, starting a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, did so only out of desire:
- to completely destroy the subjectivity and sovereignty of the country;
- to capture and ruin as many Ukrainian territories as possible;
- to put a puppet government in charge of the country;
- make Ukraine dependent on Russia.
"Russia's larger plan was to frighten Western elites by initiating a bloody war with Ukraine, to begin the process of restoring the USSR and to ensure further aggressive dominance on the European continent," the advisor to the head of the Presidential Office added.
Podolyak called for an end to illusions, as Russia has never negotiated, only demanded ultimatum to recognize its right to kill. Today, the enemy claims that it is necessary to "fulfill all the tasks of the 'Special Military Operation', legally recognize the ownership of all annexed territories and avoid responsibility for massive demonstrative war crimes.
Any statements by terrorists about "negotiations" against the background of mass killings of civilians, systematic torture, filtration camps, and abductions of children are an attempt to justify aggression, avoid responsibility, absolve themselves of accusations of unilateral aggression with obvious genocidal intentions, and get a pause in the war. in its military strategy, update military production, and sharply increase destructive actions in the next phase of the war.
"Russia never offers real negotiations until it has suffered a significant defeat," Podolyak noted.
