Georgia is ready to become a mediator between Armenia and Azerbaijan

The prime ministers of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan held a trilateral meeting on the evening of October 26, during which the head of the Georgian government offered his country as a mediator in peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was reported by Echo of the Caucasus.

"Georgia, as an impartial, neutral, objective mediator, a friend of both states, is interested in establishing long-term peace and stability in our region. I personally, as the head of government, am ready to take part in this," said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

It is noted that the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ali Asadov, arrived in Georgia to participate in the Tbilisi "Silk Road" Forum.

In addition, Pashinyan presented the "Crossroads of the World" project, which provides for the development of Armenia's communications with neighboring countries.
