On October 11, the Court of Appeal considered the appeal of People's Deputy Nestor Shufrych against the preventive measure and decided to keep him in custody. This was reported by the Suspilne media outlet.
"Leave unchanged (preventive measure — ed.). The appeals filed by the lawyers are to be dismissed," the publication said.
During the hearing, the court allowed Shufrych to sit next to his lawyers.
