Russia asks for help from Iran and North Korea - Zelensky

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed his belief that Russia is no longer able to wage war on Ukraine alone and is therefore turning to Iran and even North Korea for support. He made this statement during his speech at the Ramstein meeting at NATO headquarters.

He emphasized that Ukraine is now in a special situation where it is necessary to put pressure on the Russians at the front without pausing.

"You all understand the principles of effective defense. It is the kind of defense that does not leave the enemy a chance to rest, regain strength, or choose any other tactics. Russia has lost the initiative. We are putting pressure on it. We are! It is Ukrainian courage and your support that determine what is happening on the battlefield and, most importantly, what will happen on the battlefield," the president said.

Zelenskyy believes that it is the Ukrainian army that determines the course of events, despite the fact that Russians are trying to storm it.

According to the head of state, the Kremlin can no longer fight against Ukraine on its own, so it is asking for help from its so-called allies.

"Russia cannot cope with this war on its own. You can see it. It needs Iran - Russia cannot do it without the Shaheds and other help. It needs North Korea. Imagine this - for the first time in its history, Moscow has gone to Pyongyang to bow. The Russian Black Sea Fleet is running away from our naval drones and missiles. Traditional buyers of Russian weapons see how superior the weapons that make the free world and are used by Ukrainians are," he added.

The President emphasized that Russia is slowly but surely withdrawing from various points of geopolitical fractures in the world because it lacks its own strength.

"But at the same time, it still has enough resources to incite conflicts and turn them into full-scale tragedies. This is happening in the Sahel, and it could be even more painful in Israel and the Middle East as a whole. We must prevent this from happening. We can prevent it," the Ukrainian leader said.

Zelensky called on the allies to put even more pressure on Moscow so that the aggressor would weaken and not have time to adapt.
