Kyiv authorities have decided that no outsiders will be allowed to enter the shelters in kindergartens in the capital. Only children and staff will be allowed to stay there, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration.
According to the decision of the Kyiv Defense Council, starting October 9, changes will be made to the procedure for using the shelters of the Kyiv City Defensive Facilities Fund. These changes apply to preschool education facilities.
From now on, shelters in such institutions can only be used by participants in the educational process, i.e. staff and children. Outsiders cannot use these shelters.
At the same time, the KCMA clarifies that these rules will apply exclusively during the work of preschool educational institutions. That is, all citizens can use such shelters at night.
