The Ministry of Energy denies the information that Ukrainian thermal power plants are only 30% ready for winter. This figure was given by Olena Zerkal, who was identified by the media as an advisor to the Energy Minister.
"Olena Zerkal does not act as an advisor to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine. The information provided by her about the state of the repair campaign at energy facilities is not true," the Ministry of Energy said.
At the same time, the Ministry of Energy left a reference to Prime Minister Shmyhal's statement in August that the repair campaign is going according to plan.
