Danilov challenged the Western media: Ukrainian Armed Forces casualty figures are "exaggerated and unreliable"

Danilov called the figures of losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are spread by the Western media, "exaggerated and unreliable". The NSDC Secretary expressed his opinion in an interview with Welt.

Danilov emphasized: "Our army is not so big that we can talk about the loss of 70,000 soldiers. Those who mention such numbers obviously do not have accurate information about the situation in our country. I don't understand why respected journalists are spreading such inaccurate information about our losses."

Earlier, Deputy Defense Minister Malyar criticized the media after reports of 70,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed and said that data on casualties during the war was a state secret.
