UAV attack on Russian Bryansk: details

Explosions were heard in the city of Bryansk, Russia, and local authorities announced the downing of three unmanned aerial vehicles. This information was reported by the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, on Telegram.


"As a result of the prompt actions of the Russian Guard forces, three airplane-type unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over Bryansk using an anti-drone gun and a special carbine. There were no casualties or damage. Operational and emergency services are working at the scene," the statement said.


The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also confirmed the information about the downing of an unmanned aerial vehicle over the territory of the Bryansk region.


Video footage from the scene also began to appear on social media.



It should be noted that Russian Telegram channels report that one of the downed drones fell on a hotel building belonging to the regional government's Office of Affairs. This building is located at a short distance from the administration. Due to the incident, the center of Bryansk was temporarily closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
