US Senator Lindsey Graham, who recently called on Ukraine to hold elections despite martial law, said that Western countries should provide financial support for these elections. He posted this information on his Twitter profile.
"I call on all of Ukraine's allies to provide financial and technical assistance to support this initiative," Graham said.
The senator also emphasized that holding democratic elections in the conditions of a military conflict would be perceived as a bold and significant step by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the entire Ukrainian people.
