A series of sabotages that caused dozens of trains to stop are now being investigated by Polish authorities. According to the Washington Post, this series of events arose against the background of growing concerns about Russia's possible attempts to disrupt stability in the country.

According to officials of the Polish railway administration, several incidents related to the illegal use of the emergency stop signal occurred from Friday to Sunday.

Senior officials of the Polish security service confirm that this is not the only manifestation of attempts to destabilize the political situation in the country.

"In recent months, there have been attempts to carry out influence actions by various agents aimed at destabilizing Poland. The Russian Federation, in cooperation with Belarus, is acting in this direction," noted Stanislaw Zaryn, a senior security official.

In addition, domestic intelligence services are investigating a mysterious case of Legionnaires' disease in Rzeszów, a city that is important for logistics operations and arms supplies, as well as a base for US troops. The disease was caused by infection by droplet particles of contaminated water, causing an outbreak of lung infection. The event resulted in the deaths of 11 people and the infection of more than 100 residents.
