The possible date of the meeting is September 8.
The meeting will discuss issues related to the renewal of the grain deal between the two countries.
After the meeting in Russia, the Turkish president plans to go to the G20 international summit, which will be held in India.
The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the meeting between the two leaders "will take place soon."
