The Kupyansk District Military Administration (Kharkiv region) appealed to residents to leave the territories that are constantly under fire from Russian forces. The message was posted on the Facebook page of the first deputy head of the Kupyansk RMA, Andriy Kanashevych.
"Artillery shelling, air bombs and forest fires. This is a terrible reality for the settlements close to the front line today. Russian terrorists are showing even more cynicism and complete indifference to human life. As a result, we are faced with casualties among the civilian population almost every day." stated in the published message.
Andriy Kanashevych noted that given the increasing intensity of the shelling and its complete disorder, the authorities urge residents of Kupyansk district to consider temporarily moving to safe territories of Kharkiv region and Ukraine. All necessary information on evacuation is available through the district and local authorities.
As we wrote earlier, Russian troops have formed an offensive group and concentrated their main forces in the Kupyansk direction.
