Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki arrived in Kyiv on the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia, his office said on Twitter.
"Prime Minister Morawiecki has started his visit to Kyiv. The trip is taking place on a special day - today is the anniversary of the Russian aggression against Ukraine," the office of the head of the Polish government reported.
Together with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, Moravetskyi laid flowers at the Wall of Memory of those who died for Ukraine.
Polish President Andrzej Duda will convene the National Security Council on February 24.
