According to Vilkul, the residents of the building and neighboring buildings are in temporary accommodation. In addition, emergency teams eliminate the consequences of the defeat in houses, a school and a hospital located nearby.

According to Reznichenko, air defense systems shot down ten Russian missiles over the region.
