Russia will sooner use nuclear weapons than give up Crimea - Elon Musk

American entrepreneur, founder of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk said that between the loss of Crimea and the use of nuclear weapons, Russia will choose the latter. Musk also warned that an exchange of nuclear strikes between Russia and the US would trigger World War III. He wrote about it on Twitter.

"If Russia is faced with a choice between losing Crimea or using nuclear weapons on the battlefield, they will choose the latter. We have already cut off (applied sanctions) Russia from the rest of the world, so what do they have to lose?" Musk wrote.

Elon Musk also suggested that if we launch a nuclear attack on Russia, "they will launch a nuclear attack on us" and then "we will have World War III."
