Billionaire Elon Musk, along with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, visited the southern Kibbutz Kfar Aza, where Hamas militants killed at least 52 residents during an attack on October 7. This was reported by the Israeli edition of The Times of Israel.


"During his visit to the kibbutz, Musk saw the horrors of the Hamas attack, during which terrorists stormed the community and about 20 other settlements, killed and burned entire families and kidnapped dozens of civilians to Gaza. Musk also heard the story of a 4-year-old Israeli-American girl, Avigail Idan, who was kidnapped to Gaza and released on November 26 as part of a hostage release deal," the publication writes.


On the other hand, Reuters reports that the Israeli authorities have reached an agreement in principle on the use of satellite communications from Starlink, Musk's SpaceX company, in the Gaza Strip. This agreement was announced during the billionaire's visit, and according to sources, it will define a new stage of cooperation between Israel and SpaceX.


Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog met with Musk, which was also attended by relatives of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. They discussed the security of artificial intelligence, as well as "the need to combat the rise of anti-Semitism on the Internet."


Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also discussed aspects of artificial intelligence security with Elon Musk.
