The number of wounded as a result of this morning's shelling of Kharkiv has risen to 21, and at least two people have been killed. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RSA, Oleg Sinegubov.
"Morning terror in Kharkiv. According to the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care, as of this moment 21 people were injured, 2 - were killed," wrote Sinegubov.
Fourteen ambulance crews and law enforcers are working at the sites of the hits.
Sinegubov stressed that only civilians were injured. Only peaceful infrastructure was damaged: cars, commercial pavilions, an apartment building where a dental clinic is located on the first floor, and public transport.
