In Kharkiv, Russian troops fired a long-range weapon at the Novaya Post office near which residents were receiving humanitarian aid.
We are talking about Akademika Pavlov Street, said the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Oleg Sinegubov.
"According to preliminary data, 6 civilians were killed, 15 more were wounded, they were hospitalized in medical institutions. The number of victims is being established," he said.
The head of the regional state administration stressed that this is another war crime of the Russian occupants.
Earlier, the Russians opened fire on the bread and water queues in Chernihiv.
