The U.S., the European Union, and the United Kingdom have begun to hold regular meetings aimed at creating a negotiated plan to end the war in Ukraine. Ukraine itself is not directly involved in these discussions. This was reported by CNN.
"Among the topics were items on Ukraine's commitments to NATO neutrality in exchange for some security guarantees, as well as talks between Ukraine and Russia on the future of Crimea and Donbas." , the report said.
According to the newspaper, the talks are trying to determine approximate parameters of a peace settlement plan, which could be offered to Ukraine for further discussion.
