At night, Russian occupants from an airplane twice struck the Esman community of the Sumy region with rockets, after which they fired artillery at the Bilopil and Velikopisirayivska communities. This was reported by the head of the Sumy RSA Dmitry Zhivitsky.
"Sumy region. The night of May 31. Around midnight, the enemy from a plane that did not cross the border of Ukraine, made two missile launches on the territory of the Esman community," Zhivitsky wrote.
Almost simultaneously with the airstrikes began artillery shelling of the Bilopil community from SAU. At 3:00 a.m., the Velikopisirayivka community was shelled from Russian territory - about 10 strikes from artillery.
In both cases there were no casualties, the information about the destruction is being clarified.
Yesterday, on May 30, the Russian occupants shelled the Sumy region with artillery shells laden with flash-bangs. Houses, fences and windows in several households were damaged.
