Kadyrov claimed capture of Ryzhivka village in Sumy region: local authorities deny it

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the capture of the village of Ryzhivka in Sumy region, which is located near the border, next to the Russian village of Tetkino. This information was denied in Ukraine.

Thus, Kadyrov published a video of strikes on the village in his Telegram channel. At the end of the video, a Russian soldier with a Russian flag is shown and then a sign with the inscription “Ryzhev village council” is shown separately.

He did not provide any other evidence of the seizure of the village.

The head of the Bilopillia community in Sumy region, Yuriy Zarko, said in a comment to the media that there are no Russian troops in the village.

It should be noted that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not report any fighting in this direction.
