Almost all settlements in Donbas along the front line are under attack by the Russian armed horde.
One example is the Maryinka community. For all 8 years of the Russo-Ukrainian war it suffered from Russian shelling, and since the beginning of the large-scale invasion it has been under almost continuous fire. Pavel Kirilenko, head of the Donetsk RSA, said this in a telegram.
Since February 24, the Russians have killed 11 civilians and wounded 48 (including 1 child killed and 1 wounded) in the Mariinsky community.
In the community, there has been damage to:
- 3 schools;
- 1 kindergarten;
- 3 administration buildings;
- 13 multi-story buildings;
- 322 private homes (97 of which were completely destroyed);
- 26 businesses.
Despite constant shelling, civilians are being evacuated from the community on a daily basis.
As of today, at least 350 people have already been evacuated from Marinka, 270 from Krasnogorovka, and 180 from Novomikhailovka.
