In Donetsk region Russian occupants shelled the areas of Marinka and Avdeevka this morning, Avdeevka coke plant was under attack again, the head of the Donetsk RSA Pavel Kirilenko said in Telegram.

"The Russians continue to build on civilian objects in the center of the region. This morning Avdeevskaya and Maryinka communities are under attack. Again the Avdiivka coke plant came under fire - this time under mortar fire. One building was damaged, there is no information about casualties yet," Kirilenko noted.

Also as a result of overnight shelling in Avdeevka, according to the OVA chairman, a residential house and a school were damaged.

"Marinka Russians shelled at night with incendiary shells - there are pockets of ignition in the private sector. Almost round-the-clock shelling continues in the Novomikhailovka area. Despite everything, specialists managed to restore the power line in Krasnogorovka," the official added.

Kirilenko urged everyone who is not involved in critical infrastructure to leave the region.

In the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the past 24 hours repulsed 12 attacks of the Russian occupants and destroyed 35 pieces of equipment, including 6 tanks and 5 artillery systems.
