As a result of the shelling of the building of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration (OSA), 13 people were killed. Search and rescue work is still ongoing.
This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitaly Kim at a telethon.
"As of now there are 13 dead and 33 wounded. Five in serious condition, one stabilized," he said.
He said debris removal and unblocking of people is still ongoing. Rescue work will take at least another day.
