"As of 12:00 by units of the State Emergencies Service unblocked 3 dead people, 22 people were injured (of them by units of the State Emergencies Service rescued and released from under the rubble 18 people who were transferred to the SMP)," - said in the message.
It was reported that rescuers continue search and rescue work at the scene.
As of 14.20 hours 7 dead and 22 wounded were pulled out from under the rubble of the Mykolaiv Regional Administration building, said Dmytro Pletenchuk, press officer of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
