Heavy explosions were reported in the Kherson region. The occupants shelled villages, as a result of which children were killed. This is reported by the regional state administration.
The most frequent reports of hostilities came from territories bordering the Nikolayev and Dnipropetrovsk regions (Vysokopolye, Velyka Aleksandrovka, Berislav, Snigirevka, Stanislav).
In the past 24 hours, the Russian military shelled the village of Stanislav and Velyka Aleksandrovka very heavily, there were fatalities, including children.
Also, numerous Russian troops entered the town of Golaya Prystan.
This was reported on his Facebook page on Monday, March 28, by local deputy Yuri Zelenin. The official urged the city's residents not to provoke the invaders and not to go out into the street.
He also added that at the moment the settlement is cordoned off by the Russian occupants from all sides.
On March 28, as a result of the shelling, five residents of Stepanivka received shrapnel wounds; they were provided with medical assistance. One person was hospitalized.

In about 20 houses, windows were broken, walls and fences were destroyed and the gas pipeline was damaged. According to the head of Suvorovsky district council Andrey Zadnepryanyy, the information was sent to the JSC "Khersongaz" so the repair team would go to the place of the accident.
A rocket fragment damaged a window of the Kherson rehabilitation center for children located in Stepanivka. At night the missile fell into the vegetable garden of the neighboring household with the building of the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children.
